I am so sorry for the delay...you wouldn't believe the interruptions, technical failures, the crashing computer....unbelievable and not worth explaining.

Elsker (<-- that's Norwegian for 'love', and feels more real to me). Elsker your drawing, Stephanie; the richness in details. Talking Heads (which I had almoust forgotten about) fits perfect. Maybe your house would like to move to my forest?
Thank you!
Lovely weekend; kiss Blossom from me.

Thank you ladies, thank you. It is such a pleasure to create and share with such receptive thoughtful commenters!
Lilli, did you hear the song? talking heads...i too hadn't listened to them for ages and that song came into my head. it is perfect.
My house and my world already lives in your forest ;) if you went for a little journey with a red cloak on you might find it...but be careful! the wolf is nearby!

I agree: perfect song for the theme. And I love your drawing. We kind of hade the same thoughts. Would have been fun to go on with the same theme for one more week. But now it's time to start the brain again: off to sky scenery!

I've come back here a few times today ... you're artwork is so recognisable, which is what I love about it.

And this one is so warming. Home. As it should be.

Hello Milady!

Back from a break...How cool that we are both smitten with Sulamith's art! I bought her mother cards and love them so much.
Your art is amazing. Keep it coming.
Happy New Year!
