April so far cont...

on the Art Farm, a large portion of it is spent inside. inside from the cold, inside my head...dreaming of images, creating and inventing.

As soon as the snow melts we venture outside
not with skis but horse trailers

excited and cautious of the ever fickle mountain weather we prepare the garden yet debate the planting

this year, however, the sun came early and blessed the ground with green and buds

the air promises us a long season as we look around and assess winter's damage .( there is always alot to be done!)

and get back in the rythmn of farm life .
piglets coming soon. :)
yee haw!
on the Art Farm, life is busy. spring and summer bring me the most joy. for it is when my dreams in paint come to life.

Dearest Milady Stephanie from the Artfarm,
you're a busy bee!
I wonder about your dog with the blue eyes (sorry, I've forgot his name)... he is huge! And Lambie so woolen soft and sweet, a darling, too.

And of course all the members (man and animal) of your country life! Its always a pleasure to me to take a peep into your rural life!
Thank you!

Hugs and kisses,
x Ariane.

dear Stephanie,

what a fine walk around your farm
when I drove the tulip route
and saw the sheep with lambs
I took that picture
with you in mind

great to have a look at your farm(life) dear Stephanie,i can imagine there is a lot to do after winter.
looking out for some of your lovely painting too though :) as i can see you are surrounded by inspiration, x

Milady Productions said...

yes Renilde...inspiration abounds!
it wells up and reappears on tin, wood and paper. hard to be inside though when the weather is like this. snow is still possible.

Patrice - what a lovely full circle! to think of me and the sheep and then for me to have my heart skip a beat at seeing through your eyes!

what a gentle and beautiful blog . . . more and more I'm getting the urge to be outdoors even if I have a very small garden and the weather has been nothing but rain for the last few weeks!
